We are looking partners interested in opening a restaurant in Katowice at Mariacka Street! We offer commercial space on the ground floor area of about 80-150m2 with the entrance of both Mariacka and Mariacka Tylna Streets - landscaped passage for the restaurant. The restaurant shall serve guests of apart-hotel located on the upper floors of the building. It is possible to adapt the premises to the specific needs of tenants. »
